How is the monthly ad spend calculated?
Last 30 days spend on imported accounts.
What currency is the ad spend calculated in?
All Ad spend is converted to USD for the purposes of calculating the pricing tier. We calculate the daily exchange rate to convert spend to US dollars.
What happens if I go over the plan in Ad Spend?
We know that the monthly ad spend can often fluctuate (for example, adding or removing clients, running client promotions, seasonal budgets, etc)
To accommodate for short-term fluctuations like this we allow an ad-spend buffer of up to 20%, aggregated across all of your imported accounts. This means you can go up to 20% over your spend limits on imported accounts without worrying about needing to bump up to the next plan. If you are consistently in your buffer over a given two-month period, we will reach out to you to discuss which tier is appropriate for your needs. If you are already in your buffer, you will not be able to import new accounts unless you upgrade to the appropriate plan.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You manually choose the new plan from the options, once the new plan has been selected you’ll be able to import new accounts.
How do I downgrade my plan?
You can downgrade your pricing tier by removing accounts and then moving yourself to the lower plan
No, you can import as many accounts with as large a spend as you like. At the end of the trial you’ll be recommended a plan based on your imported clients at that point, but you can adjust this prior to signing up for your plan
Is Adpulse only for agencies?
No, anybody who manages Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads can use Adpulse. Agencies, small businesses, sole traders - all are welcome.
Will my clients know I’m using Adpulse to manage their accounts?
No, the changes are sent to Google and Microsoft with the email details of the user making the changes, so the change history will show your email address.
Can I get a longer free trial?
